Referrals to West Oaks Hospital are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week by our 24-hour intake department. Individual assessments are provided at no charge to determine the proper level of care for each patient. They are strictly confidential and conducted by licensed mental health professionals. We have physicians on site to provide further evaluation and immediate admission if needed.

To treat as many patients in need of mental health care as possible, West Oaks Hospital accepts most insurance coverage. We work with most managed care companies and accept Medicare, Managed Medicaid and traditional Medicaid.
