Psychiatric Care for Adolescents
Our adolescent mental health services are specifically designed for teens ages 13 to 17 who experience emotional and psychological problems that interfere with daily life. These issues may present themselves in the form of impulsive or defiant behavior, inability to concentrate, extreme or prolonged mood swings, drug or alcohol abuse or physical aggression.
The daily activities of all adolescent services are designed to enhance problem solving, communication skills and self-esteem. Program goals are reinforced through the following modalities:
Individual, family and group sessions
Parent education and support group
Adolescent Treatment Programs
Outpatient chemical dependency
