Houston Outpatient Care

The Hornwood Clinic offers group therapy, relapse prevention, family support, and education for adults and adolescents struggling with substance use and general mental health disorders. Full-time and part-time day treatment options are available Monday through Friday for adults and adolescents (age 13-17). Lunch and snacks are provided. Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs offer:

  • Daily group psychotherapy with licensed psychotherapists

  • Individual and family therapy with licensed psychotherapists

  • Chemical dependency treatment

  • Daily nursing for medication management, illness education and support

  • Medication management by a board-certified psychiatrist at least twice a week
