We continue to look for ways to inspire a sense of hope and community in our patients and each other during these difficult times, so we are asking our amazing West Oaks employees how they are cultivating hope and embracing their community. Libby is our Accounts Payable Coordinator and has been with West Oaks for 5 years. "What hope means to me is trying to find the sparkle in life. I feel like there is always good with the bad. I just try to help everyone see the good!"
When asked what makes up her community, Libby says, "The elderly. I let them know they are not forgotten, by stopping to visit or make them baked goods." We applaud our team members for continuing to inspire a sense of hope and community!
