Katy Outpatient Care

The Excel Center of Katy provides outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults who need continued mental health assistance from licensed counselors. Our therapists are available by appointment to provide no-cost, confidential assessments that are required prior to treatment.

Partial hospitalization programs for adolescents and adults are overseen by a physician, nursing staff and therapists. An intensive outpatient program is offered in the afternoons.

The Excel Centers are located in modern professional buildings that provide local residents an opportunity to access psychiatric treatment in the least restrictive environment close to home.

The clinics accept most insurance plans, Medicare, employee assistance programs or credit cards for payment of services. See our financial counselor for financial arrangements and insurance benefits.

Women’s Program

The women’s program from West Oaks Hospital provides support and mental health services in an environment designed to help women heal. Our compassionate treatment team understands your needs are unique and that your treatment should be built around you. Women face different challenges than men when it comes to mental health issues, and your treatment should understand where you are coming from and who you are as we work together towards growth.

Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

Our specialized outpatient mental health treatment program for kids, teens and adults on the Autism Spectrum provides a comfortable environment to heal and take positive steps forward. This IOP is designed to assist kids, teenagers and adults with depression, mood swings, anxiety and mild to moderate obsessive-compulsive behaviors that interfere with their daily life and function in outside environments.
